We are looking for candidates for the post of Executive Assistant, who can demonstrate strong problem solving, project management and team-handling skills. This position will require working closely with the Chief Executive officer (CEO) and the management at the Maharogi Sewa Samiti, Warora. Apart from regular administrative work, the candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and ensuring the quality of all the project documents. The candidate will also have to ensure that the specific projects are implemented efficiently, successfully and within the agreed terms and timeline of the project. Financial Planning & Control:

  • Creating budget & conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective action for the same.

Accounting Functions:

  • Compiling and analysing financial information for preparing entries to accounts.
  • Managing and maintaining the accounts of the organisation in compliance with accounting procedure and policies.
  • Finalization of financial statement under Indian GAAP.

Fund Management:

  • Preparing loan proposal and liaising with banks & financial institutions.


  • Preparing Tax returns and ensuring timely assessment and payment of tax, duties and filing of direct & indirect tax returns in compliance with Statutory Tax Acts; reviewing tax returns, VAT returns, TDS returns, excise return, Service Tax Returns, Royalty return, PF compliance etc.
  • Interfacing with tax authorities in matter of assessment, appeal etc.

Auditing & Internal Controls:

  • Conducting verification of books of accounts to ensure that accounts prepared are both reliable & prepared in accordance with set guidelines, SOP.
  • Evaluating internal control systems / procedures, with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing recommendations.

  • Maintain basic books of accounts as per available bills, vouchers etc. make updates in Tally.
  • Release payments of all creditors' bills on weekly basis/preparing vouchers/cheques for the same/maintaining creditors balance.
  • Maintain petty cash register/payments, prepare vouchers, issue payments, follow up with the respected persons for clearing of dues.
  • File documents,purchase orders,vouchers,papers in the respective files.
  • Deposit government challans [P/F, ESIC, PT/ VAT & TDS service tax in the respective banks and collecting the same from the banks.
